Very good hotel, clean, nice staff, the location is convenient for people arriving at Heathrow. It’s far from the main attractions in London, but I managed to use the public transportation. Took me around one hour to get to Paddington. There are some markets and restaurants nearby.

這家酒店的衞生實在令人無法忍受 床單上的汙漬非常明顯 地毯上也有很明顯的汙漬 房間裡甚至連礦泉水都沒有 700多住這性價比實在太差了 非常不推薦入住

Really enjoyed my time here at the Budget Ibis on the way to flying home to Jamaica businesses. The staff are very friendly and their service is great. Everything was perfect and I felt very welcome. Thanks to all the IBIS staff for their service and support ... One Love ... Sue Steinhilber

Not great. Be warned, unlike other hotels in the area they insist on id. Not something I had picked up on when booking. The website auto filled the fields and the name I use is not exactly as per my passport. The surname is but even so they refused to give me the key saying I had to contact the firm booked through to get the name changed. There was no way that could happen at 7pm but they just weren't interested in trying to help. Fortunately a manager walked by & got it resolved, but not an experience I want to repeat. I had a 4 day stay booked for the following week and was anticipating staying more. Given the issues I cancelled and will now stay elsewhere instead. So yes I could have double checked to ensure all details were correct, but the total lack of interest in helping has put me off for good. The room itself is ok but definitely feels budget. In direct contrast, there is another Ibis further up the same road. There the staff are really pleasant and helpful.

Only one elevator working which meant waiting 15-20 mins to go up or come down with luggage since the lift was already full. The key they gave me didn’t work so I had to take my luggage all the way back down to reception in the one lift after waiting 20 mins. Staff did not apologise or try to help just very to the point. No hair dryer in the room, again had to go to reception to ask for one. No toiletries or amenities in the ro, I guess I shouldn’t expect much since it’s ibis budget but it was a painful experience.
